Autologous Plasma Bio Filler or Biofiller consists in injections of a gel derived from the patient’s own blood reducing this way any risk of allergic reactions great alternative for those who did not want hyaluronic fillers done.

What is it?

Bio Filler can be prepared and injected for wrinkle augmentation during the same appointment, the all procedure lasting around 90-120mins. This Bio-filler Gel can be used to augment fine lines and wrinkles as well as to give definition to different areas of the face. Bio Filler is made by separating and processing the plasma from patient’s own blood and in then, injecting it to volumise, lift, and rejuvenate face, neck and hands. Bio Filler has the same color and form as autologous fat. Bio Filler is processed in front of the client to create the perfect viscosity required for any area being worked on.

THE TREATMENT

During the appointment we will take between 10 and 20 ml blood which is turn centrifuged, filtered and  processed to create the Platelet Rich Plasma and then the Bio Filler. Bio Filler will be injected to treat wrinkles and lines and to lift and rejuvenate areas that have suffered volume loss. This treatment also achieves bio-stimulation with stem cells and growth factors producing collagen. The first results are visible immediately after the treatment and effects of the neocollagenesis production can be seen after a couple of weeks. After a couple of months the plasma gel is naturally and completely absorbed in the treated area.

We suggest a course of 2-3 sessions with a 4-6 week interval. The results last for about 2 years after the 3rd session if it is combined with PRP serum injections.

Bio Filler has been also validated by Clinical Trials that demonstrate the safety and efficacy of this procedure in improving lines and folds in the face.
